Payment Terms:
To pay via Bank Transfer or American Express please email events@centreforaviation.com.
Payment via American Express will be processed in AUD at the current exchange rate.

Kindly note: invoices will not be issued for bank transfers within 10 days prior to event commencement.

Delegates are entitled to the welcome reception, conference refreshments and lunch, full conference sessions and the gala dinner.
Your conference ticket does not cover costs associated with travel to/in Hokkaido, Japan. Factors such as travel and insurance must be organised by the attendee.

Visas:
Visas may be required for some nationalities. GAD is able to provide a letter confirming attendance at the conference. If this is required, please contact GAD events immediately.
